Meditative Art is the practice of using meditation and reflection to channel and awaken one's creativity. In this class, attendees will be guided through a simple group meditation before turning to the canvas to express and explore their experience through shapes, color, texture. The class facilitator, Lisa Klug, has hosted multiple classes of this kind and comments that she is "always surprised at the outpouring of creativity with this exercise, even from people who have not painted in this way since childhood!"
