This 4-week series of Sunday evening yoga classes is designed for those looking to bring yoga into their everyday routine as well as prepare the mind and body for the week ahead, in a cozy setting at MindSpace Collective**. We'll practice stretches that can be done at a desk / in a chair, and play with poses that you can visit throughout your day. This class will also include a short meditation and breathing exercises, and various options for poses will be provided.
All practice levels are welcome (experience not required)! If you have a mat, please bring it with you. You may also like to bring a cushion and/or a towel to use as a prop.
Maximum class size is 8, please reserve your spot early!
$55 for the whole course (4 Sundays, July 21st - August 11th)
Class is from 6 to 7:15 PM.
Iced water will be available. We'll also be offering tea and decaf coffee after each class for about 30 minutes- an opportunity for those who have questions to ask them, and a chance to mingle and chat with your fellow practitioners.

**MindSpace Collective is a creative community and co-working space located in a renovated historic cottage-style house in downtown Gainesville.
